Reclaiming:

A Memoir of My Return Journey to Inner Essence

A Chinese immigrant turned American businesswoman who awakens to her sexuality, finds empowerment in her femininity, and powerfully reclaims her identity.

About the book

A Memoir of Reclaiming is my story beginning in rural China to becoming a behavioral psychologist, then a successful businesswoman (aka - ice-cold bitch) who achieves the American dream and loses it all. Much deeper than that familiar story, I embark on a unique spiritual journey dipping into the tools of Wayne Dyer, Tony Robbins, Tantra and a community of sisters learning the art of sensual movement to heal sexual and cultural wounds. I discover power in absolute surrender. In my early 40s, for the first time in my life, I experienced an inner warmth and the ability to truly connect, love and be loved by others. In my revelation of touching this feminine power within, I am no longer lonely, finally able to rise above the communist mindset and am now on a spiritual mission with this memoir to heal global traumas one woman at a time if necessary. In this book, I bare it all, sharing my winding path to reclaim my identity.
